Social Commitment
The Michael Stich Foundation was established in 1994 and is officially recognised as a charitable and non-profit organisation. It is dedicated to supporting children living with HIV, children affected by HIV, and children suffering from AIDS.
Despite the steadily increasing number of people living with HIV worldwide, the disease continues to receive limited attention from both the media and society. In response, the Foundation expanded its mission in 2006 to include public awareness, education and prevention campaigns, helping to raise awareness of HIV and AIDS and promote greater understanding of the disease.
